Walter Fick

Walter F. Fick was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and grew up throughout Missouri, Iowa, and Texas. He graduated with honors from Princeton University, where he studied international relations and national security policy. At Princeton, he was also a student fellow at the Center for International Security Studies, a political reporter and sportscaster for WPRB, and the manager of a small business.

Seeking an adoptive hometown, Mr. Fick chose to move to Las Vegas and attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. He graduated with honors in 2016, was a member of the Nevada Law Journal, the Society of Advocates, and the Christian Legal Society. He competed in and coached moot court competitions, and served as a student practice-certified intern for the Clark County District Attorney's Office.

After graduating law school, Mr. Fick served as a law clerk for the Honorable Steve L. Dobrescu and the Honorable Gary D. Fairman in the Seventh Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada. Based in Ely, he travelled with the judges for cases heard throughout White Pine, Lincoln, and Eureka Counties.

In his spare time, Mr. Fick enjoys travelling, attending Vegas Golden Knights games, and spending time outdoors. He is admitted to practice throughout all Courts in the State of Nevada, including the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
