Darlene M. Cartier earned a Bachelors of Environmental Studies from the UNLV in 1997. She went on to work for the Southern Nevada Water Authority managing residential water conservation programs. In 1999 she attended the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. During Law School she was a member of Boyd’s Moot Court Competition Team for two years.
Ms. Cartier was admitted to practice law in Nevada in 2004. She is admitted to practice throughout all Courts in the State of Nevada, including the United States District Court for Nevada. Her practice has focused on litigating and resolving complex matters on behalf of insurance carriers, corporations and individuals, including business and commercial disputes, complex multi-party tort litigation, construction defect litigation, contract disputes, subrogation actions, as well as the defense of class action, products liability, personal injury and general liability claims.
Ms. Cartier grew up in an Air Force family and has lived all over the world. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, boating and camping.
